Meet Kyle Kwiatkowski

It is our great pleasure to introduce Kyle Kwiatkowski. Kyle began working at Vantage Plastics two weeks after graduating from high school in an entry-level summer position. He has now been with Vantage Plastics for twenty-two years. Over the years Kyle has been through a gamut of positions and experiences within the company, as such he has become a repository of institutional knowledge. He now occupies a position within the Engineering Team as a Project Manager. If you have a project at Vantage Plastics, it is likely Kyle will be involved in some way and you may find him working directly with you to assure your project is a great success.

Kyle has a very active mind and finds great motivation in developing effective solutions for technical challenges. To quote Kyle; “I like digging deep into issues and figuring out why something is happening, down to the root cause, not just the quick fix that most people are looking for.” Most recently Kyle completed an associate’s Degree in Mechatronics Technology. This field of study is directly tied to how manufacturers produce products. Mechatronics integrates the disciplines of electrical, mechanical, fluid power, robotics, and computer technologies to better control equipment. The duties of a mechatronic technician include the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of automated equipment. Kyle says, “I hope to be able to dive deep into our machinery and processes to make everyone’s job easier and more efficient.” Kyle is also very focused on sustainability both inside and outside of work. Mechatronics aligns very well with the direction Vantage Plastics is taking as we head into the future.

On the personal side of life, Kyle considers himself to be a “family man” and says, “There is nothing I cherish more than my magnificent wife and two wonderful children, son Ryzen eleven years old, and daughter Lakin five years old. They are the ones that drive me to be a better man. My wife and I have been together for nineteen years and married for thirteen. I enjoy spending as much time with them as I can. We enjoy many outdoor activities like biking, hiking, fishing, and just being out in nature.” During Kyle’s twenty-two years at Vantage Plastics, he has been helping us fulfill our Mission of Forming Better Lives, Forming Solutions, and Forming Sustainable Futures.
