Custom Thermoforming: Operating over 18 thermoforming machines, including some of the largest available, we process materials such as HDPE, HMWPE, ABS, and TPU, offering versatile solutions across numerous applications.

Injection Molding: Our comprehensive injection molding capabilities include 10 injection molding machines up to 1100 tons, plus advanced low-pressure structural foam injection molding, supporting intricate, precision requirements.

Extrusion: Five dedicated extrusion lines produce more than 52 million pounds of plastic sheet annually, ensuring high-quality materials and consistent supply for our manufacturing operations.

Recycling: Through Edge Materials Management, we sustainably recycle and reprocess over 12 million pounds of post-industrial plastic and structural foam annually, reinforcing our commitment to environmental stewardship.

Engineering and Design: Employing advanced design tools, robotics, automation, and innovative materials such as our proprietary VanTech®, we consistently deliver recyclable and reusable solutions optimized for long-term sustainability and client needs.

• Automotive: We specialize in customized reusable packaging such as shipping containers, assembly trays, and robust material handling solutions to safeguard automotive components during transportation and assembly processes.
• Agriculture: Offering rugged, weather-resistant plastic solutions, including specialized reusable pallets, containers, and packaging systems designed to enhance efficiency, reduce spoilage, and withstand challenging agricultural environments.
• Wholesale Distribution & Material Handling: We design innovative reusable pallets, totes, bulk bins, and dunnage solutions, streamlining warehouse logistics, minimizing waste, and maximizing operational efficiency for distribution networks.
