We also hope these newsletters will help you get to know the unique company that is Vantage Plastics.
Our newsletter begins as Vantage Plastics is celebrating its 25th year of thermoforming operations during September of 2021. An untold number of custom thermoformed solutions have been provided to customers during the past 25 years. Capacity, capabilities, and resource expansions have been extensive during this first quarter century and continue today. In 1996 operations began with 3 rotary thermoforming machines, 6 employees, and 48,000 square feet of building space. With an eye to the future and desire to become the most preferred custom plastics processor, a strong focus on reinvestment into the business has continued since inception. A highly skilled team of designers, engineers, production, and administrative personnel has been built. Vantage Plastics now provides employment to over 250 individuals. The company campus now includes over 300,000 square feet of building space and has 13 rotary thermoformers. The line-up includes several machines that can produce twin sheet products and includes one of the world’s largest thermofomers. Automation, assembly, warehousing, and many other services and capabilities continue to be added. Vantage Plastics now stands at the doorway into the next phase of organizational growth and development and is excited about what the future holds and the solutions we can provide.
During the years vertical integrations have resulted in several affiliate companies being formed which greatly expand the services which can be offered to customers. These include- AirPark Plastics, Edge Material Management, Contour Engineering, Lotis Enterprises, VanRove, and VanLease. Future articles will cover each of these affiliate companies and why they let Vantage provide unique solutions and serve customer needs more effectively than other suppliers. Vantage Plastics welcomes you to this new offering. Since it is our desire to provide you with information of interest, we would like to receive your feedback. If there are topics you would like us to address regarding plastics, questions about specific applications, problems, or potential solutions we can help with, please send your requests.
